In this true story from the pandemic, 86 year-old Marianne Ross, in need of an onion, unexpectedly finds one in the woods and is left to contemplate the nature of miracles.

Marianne, 86 ans, se dit qu’elle aurait besoin d’oignons. Peu de temps après, elle en trouve miraculeusement dans le bois près de chez elle. Un tel cadeau de l’univers l’amène à s’interroger. « Marianne’s Onion » est un court métrage de Alex and Olmsted utilisant ombres et marionnettes en carton pour raconter l’histoire vraie et touchante de cette octogénaire sur fond de musique d’une autre époque.
